For over 30 years combined, Tim Bice and Kirk McDonald have been in the trenches of church planting and pastoring — planting churches, leading congregations through seasons of growth and crisis, and learning firsthand the rigors and joys of ministry. We too have been on a personal quest to become healthy pastors who lead healthy churches. That journey has equipped us with the wisdom, tools, and compassion needed to walk alongside other pastors and churches who want the same thing.
We love the church. We are kingdom-minded people, and our deepest desire is to see churches and their leaders thrive — not just survive. That’s why we do what we do.
