At Evergreen Coaching and Consulting, our Sabbatical Coaching provides comprehensive, hands-on support before, during, and after your time away. We help you prepare yourself, your family, your church, and your leaders so the sabbatical is truly life-giving and sets you up for a strong, healthy re-entry.
What does it involve?
Our Sabbatical Coaching is a thorough, one-time partnership designed to make your sabbatical successful from start to finish. For a one-time fee of $1,000, you receive:
- Full preparation support for you, your family, your church, and your leaders before the sabbatical begins
- Help connecting with outside organizations that may provide funding for your sabbatical
- Monthly check-in calls with you while you are on sabbatical
- Meetings with your leaders during your absence to provide support and guidance
- A clear, practical re-entry plan and coaching to help you return well and transition smoothly
Everything is customized to your unique situation and timeline. Our goal is to help you rest deeply, return refreshed, and step back into ministry with renewed passion and clarity.
